Here at Floral Designs, we are dedicated to providing security and privacy to all information received from our customers. For your security, we will never share, distribute, or sell any information to a third party and your credit card numbers are not kept on-file. All internet transactions are secured by secure servers.
Substitution Policy:
Due to the availability of flowers, there may be times when we have to make substitution's will make every attempt to maintain the color scheme, style, and value of the arrangement.
Satisfaction Policy:
Floral Designs prides itself in providing quality flowers and service. Your satisfaction is our utmost goal.
Shipping Policy:
Returns are not permitted. We will work with any customer to ensure complete satisfaction. Delivery Polices: AM deliveries are between 9AM and12NOON Delivery Zones: We deliver to all of the Greater Greenville Area, Mauldin, Simpsonville, Greer, Donaldson Center, Berea and Taylors. Our delivery fee to these areas is$8.95(+ Tax). Delivery outside these areas is sometimes available for an additional fee. ForSame Day delivery orders must be submitted by noon. We will do our best to accommodate yourrequest. Should a recipient not be able to accept an order we will leave an "Attempt toDeliver" card for them to setup a more convenient time or we can leave it with a neighbor.
